Kernel Panics are just that...you should start panicking. Just kidding, but seriously, its quite a problem.
Normally this indicates that the /boot partition has been corrupted in some way.
Normally happens because of frequent power failures ( another big up to ZESA )
In some cases this problem can be recovered from by some serious hacking of the boot sector.
In most cases, it is less time consuming and less hassle to just reinstall the server.
Best to bring the server to us for thorough investigation.
